Like others said it's just a visualizer not the MV. Also they already have an American in the group, J.Seph has no real need to know English. They are a K-Pop group after all. 

 

If anything KARD is probably one of the more profitable nugu groups out there, which is probably why RBW keeps them around. 

 

They have built up a niche with international K-Pop fans. They tour a LOT and also started branching out into after parties/18+ club/tour events which has been very successful for them.
