Some call it a female incel forum. Instiz is similar to Theqoo but smaller and more focused on pop culture talk. Pannchoa is like what Netizenbuzz used to be and translates in English hot topic from Korean forums. It has its own community section that overlaps with "angry" Twitter users as far as I can tell. It's grounds for rants and fanwars. The snarky comments I quoted were from Pann.nate. Yeah the Pannchoa ones are wild.
