Best kpop company I wouldn't give Hybe credit for Ador success, the only thing they did right is give MHJ her own label and total creative + financial control. Good for BANG PD for recognizing there is strength in numbers and he can't do everything alone. Big 3 companies could never. Hybe did ok with Lesserafim though. Compared to their peers sans Newjeans, they have always had good support and good opportunities. I think they could use a stronger creative direction, giving every member rainbow-colored hair isn't a substitute for a concept and their music has been a bit all over the place, but maybe they will get there eventually.
