It is not legal case, but ethical. Under copyright law, there is difference between copyright infringement, plagiarism and homage. Copyright infringement is legal issue, while other two is ethical issue. She can't build legal case and that's not her intention either. She can argue that HYBE's intention was to dilute NewJeans IP, which is breach of trust between the parent company and sub-label, as the parent company is responsible that this does not happen because it affects sub labels, artists and shareholders' interests. It means HYBE betrayed her first, which lead her seeking options that could save NewJeans IP and ADOR, but she has not taken any action to actually take over ADOR (It is impossible to do so unless HYBE sells shares willingly lol).

It has that many likes because it is a parody tweet, people are laughing and saying that the source is facebook.

It's literally mocking the fake interview that Exo-ls spread 2 days ago and, unlike now, they didn't spread that fake interview as a joke or clapback.

 

If anything, it's funny to see how many people are worried now, finally realising that the stunt they pulled out days ago is actually unfair and can ruin an artist reputation :coffee2:

Yep, the situation is laughable but I am not sure if everyone is taking it lightly.

After all, one of the Exo-ls who spread the fake interview made a public apology, they didn't like when the same energy was returned it seems.
