A lot of straight white Americans don’t care about that stuff though. The economy is still the US most pressing issue. Older gens hate Biden too. Younger people think they’re saving humanity voting for him. We’ll see, I really think it’s 50/50.

 

I think Taylor is smart enough not to endorse anyone, but honestly, I was shocked she endorsed the LGBT community back in 2018 so who knows.

Huh? Biden is at an all-time low with young voters specifically because of the genocide Biden is financially supporting with our tax dollars. Nothing Taylor says is going to do anything to ease people's disdain for Biden continuing financial support for a literal genocide.

She's not going to endorse any candidate even though we all know she'll vote for Biden.  I don't blame her, no one deserves her endorsement and the media pleading for her to use her platform to do so is really pathetic at this point.  He wouldn't need her endorsement if he wasn't using our tax money to directly fund genocide.

 

It was bad enough that his student loan plans mostly failed, but this war is just not acceptable to younger demographics.  He and his team must know this is severely going to damage his chances of getting re-elected, and yet they don't seem to be doing anything to stop this.

Taylor Swift is an insanely prolific figure. It is delusional if you think any celebrity endorsement is going to sway people in the hyper-polarized political hellscape that is the United States. There is literally no evidence that celebrity endorsements help in any way. No young person is going to forget about their feelings about a Biden-funded genocide, his failure to raise minimum wage like he promised, his failure on student debt relief, and their economic hardships because of a billionaire pop star.

She needs to, yes. However, it's not as simple as endorsing him  She needs to use her ability to shape/build narratives to either portray Biden in a better light (i.e. bring voters towards him), or coerce him into shifting positions on contentious issues in a way that is more favourable to the leftist populace. Addressing left's inability to conjure up unified and coherent messaging is where she can really add value as a political powerhouse.
