Kidman hasn't looked natural onscreen since Cold Mountain in 2003, and even then she got dragged by people asking if Botox existed during the Civil War. The stories of the continuity errors whilst filming Australia (2008), due to her getting botox and looking different from one scene to the next are historic.

?…Botox is not systemic so unless it’s totally localized to her face then it would not have an effect.
