Céline doesn't have any connection with that woman in years, don't even believe everything she says when she she also said the same thing earlier this year, claiming she cant move, only for Celine to make two public appearances last month, moving and dancing to Katy Perrys final vegas show and the NHL game.

I wouldn’t believe her sister, she’s been known to be super messy. Céline seems to be doing better (albeit far from returning to the stage, unfortunately); she’s looked great these past few months. I hope it continues; she deserves nothing but the absolute best.

Although she's been suffering from loss of control over certain movements and spasms for many years now.

also, Céline was out and about like 3 weeks ago or so and looked fine. She would have never out there knowing that at any second she could drop to the floor shaking uncontrollably or sth. 

 

That story in the OP is an exaggeration and not backed by actual literal appearances by Céline herself. 

 

Obvi, she is unwell and is fighting it, but my hope is, that she / they have a plan and that she can at least enjoy her life in private and had more good days than bad days.
