As if not Hollywood is filled with abusers and sex offenders yet they have careers.

that user saying when under scrutiny, Black actors face massive backlash, get blackballed, and labelled for what they’ve done wrong (understandable). when they attempt to revamp their career, White Hollywood rejects them and they are left to Black-only spaces like BET, TVOne, Tubi, etc. which =/= the same level of fame and $$$ they usually receive.

that narrative isn’t the same for their white counterparts.

It was wild to see people defend him because of that video of him running.

Lack of perception skills and no understanding of nuance is rife in America in particular.

I think they're just going to do a recast and add it into the story

Good. The character had potential and there are a ton of talented actors who will do a better job in the recast role.

Poordat :dies:

He’s not yet synonymous with the role, so recasting should be easy. I can easily think of numerous black actors that’ll be amazing.

I wonder if Meagan Good will renew her contract.

Are you really turning abusers who sexually abused women into some RACE issue??? I've seen it all from Americans. Idgaf about their race, anyone who done these heinous sexual crimes should never be on TV or screen EVER again. And for you, Will Smith ASSAULTED a man on stage and yet he won an Oscar and still have a career. Samuel L. Jackson has a record and 2nd degree felony yet he had one of the greatest careers, even Jamie Foxx has a record and wasn't he sued for sexual assault as well in 2015? Yet he still appeared in major movies since then. But nope American just love to insert RACE into every single thing.
