Most of the time but tbh it depends on many variables (temperature, bathroom frequency, physical activity, etc.). Saying that you NEED to change it daily or twice per day without any logical thinking is not only OCD behavior but also environmentally unconscious.

How is it environmentally unconscious unless you’re washing your underwear everyday? We have a laundry basket. All my underwear gets washed every Friday.
