I change my underwear every time I run which is every day.  But sometimes it will be an evening then again in the morning then 36 hours later in the evening.

I wrote "sometimes" because when I'm lazy during summer/winter break sometimes I'll wait 2 days to shower and obviously I'm not gonna change my underwear without showering
