Mate, you’re talking as if Madonna does you a favour :rip:

she needs to be called out for late starts like this. The least she could do is to be on time considering how much money she makes off people. Stop talking as if this is normal and okay just because it’s Madonna.

I know. But it is what it is. Complaining constantly on social media won't change a thing. Media has dragged Madonna for being so late yet she doesn't give a f. Maybe people should stop buying tickets to her tour and do something else instead.

Lol. She doesn’t give a f about you either, yet here you are finding her excuses.

They should implement a refund law if it starts later than 3 hours like with Ryanair at this point

I don't find her any excuse. I always say it's highly unprofessional but it is what it is. Madonna will be late, we've known it for a decade now. Nobody can change that so why whine over something you can't change?

wasn't there a technical issue?  Is this all about opening night in NY?

her being late and it being such a HUGE issue to people is always so funny to me.  I always make a vacation out of seeing Madonna.  This will be my 7th tour and it's always a vacation.  I wouldn't be in bed at 1am anyways.  Why not just go at scheduled time and just drink and enjoy the crowd and make friends?  I don't see the issue.  Who in their right mind would be working the next day?  I just don't get it.  It's Madonna.

I was there opening night and it was a goddamn SCENE. At like 10:30 people started doing the wave out of sheer boredom nn yelling “people have work tomorrow!!!”

Show itself was good. My friend and I were LIVINGGG in the nosebleeds singing all her classics with our fellow attendees who didn’t leave early :ryan3:

What are you even talking about. It is her duty to put on a good show and be on time! Have you ever been to a concert where someone was late 3 hours especially if you got a standing ticket? Do you know what it means?

Duty means different to you

There's no obligation to go see her if you are not happy with her lateness

And she didn't say you must come see her. No duty still. She didn't beg you to buy her tix regardless of her time

 You still have your choices.

Personally it's worse for me to see shows awful which sucked bad or get hit on head by a microphone of the singer than being late.

She still gives me hell of fun. That's the most important for me.

This still made news in the media.  Shes promoted her shows there if good or bad. Now everyone knows that she has a new tour. She's been that way.

OK. lol

At least people are seated in US.

Waiting all those hours standing in a stadium can be very painful 😂

Nobody is defending her. If you don’t like her lateness, then don’t go. Simple as that.

But I wish I could see her in a stadium. 😂

Unfortunately never seen her in a stadium.

I could wait hours for her and see in a stadium. It would be my dream in another life :chick3:

Sell your ticket if you don't wanna wait 1 hour and half

Her shows are better suited for arenas though. Sound is much better in an arena.

It seems. But I wanna feel the atmosphere in a stadium. Not to mention, the queen of pop there. Woohoo

I really wanna go see her when she comes here but is she normally very late for shows? I would love to see her still but I feel like I’d be exhausted if she came on that late and I wouldn’t get to enjoy it as much :rip:

Not everyone gets the option to take off work, she should be professional and start on time or make an announcement before the show kicks off

Not that hard on her end, it’s the least she could do

She is always late unless it’s uk (because they have a curfew). She’ll go on stage around 10 pm usually.

I guess that’s kinda late but luckily my date is on a Saturday so I’d be up that late anyways usually lol

Guess I’ll just come ready to wait!
