does she not realize that not all the attendees have a car to just drive home and that people can not use public transformation anymore because of the delay? Like people now have to pay for an expensive taxi to be able to go home because they need to go to work or school the following morning. So unprofessional to just think you are entitled to people's time like this.

3 hours late is not accurate at all. honey dijon as an opening act, usually is on for 45-60 minutes, plus half hour to transition between opener and madonna, she would be billed to start usually around 10. an hour late is more truthful and accurate.

It´s rude as ****. I love Madonna to death and I enjoyed her show and I´m glad I got to see her live, but her being late is one of the things I dislike the most about her. There is literally no excuse for it unless there are truly technical delays or difficulties. This ´´she´s just building the suspense´´ bullshit doesn´t fly with me.

I remember when she played in Sydney she was 3 hours late and it got to the point it was so late by the time the show ended public transport had stopped for the night and people were literally stranded the whole night. It’s so rude and disrespectful. People pay hundreds of dollars to see you. The least you could do is turn up on time. FOH!!

These ridiculous narratives  No, this is NOT accurate whatsoever. Ticket time was 8:30 in London. She came on at 8:50. 

 

She was hours late last night. It was a brutal wait.

Why does she always do this?  She did it widely on the Rebel Heart Tour I remember and got panned for it. When I saw her we had to wait like 2 hours I think and it does mess with everything. Public transport stops, post-concert plans scrapped, you're tired, uncomfortable, need to go bathroom etc.

GP might not be aware but people who hang around in music forums are aware that she's going on stage very late. Going to the show despite knowing this is on them.
