By quality ofc not ( in my opinion its Bjork in this category)

by cultural influance ofc not ( in my opinion its either gaga with huge mainstream infulance or Kate Busch with huge influance on sub alt cultures and immpact on music making)

by recognizibility probobably no maybe  in the us but outisde of it shes only known by gen z and late milenials who moslty hate her so no( in my opinion wordlwide its either selena gomez or  Schakira)

by best live performance heck no ( shess mid at best .in my opinion maybe Billie idk im not realy into live music)

by the amount of money made- probably altho idk and dont really care

Cultural impact is literally when you shift the present culture. Taylor is only shifting her own units and ensuring 'she' gets noticied/remembered in the future. Nothing 'cultural' about that.

A lot of the time when people like something or someone intensely, they'll come to feel differently about that person or thing a few years later, as if it was cringey or a phase in their life that they don't recognise anymore because they've grown or changed a lot.

What you said is true.

But i think the main point is the artists you once loved now released uninspired music that you cannot connect with.

Im a big fan of Britney/Usher/Alicia Keys but stop actively talk about them like 10 years ago. If they go on tour near me, i would definitely go though. And im rooting for Usher Superbowl comeback.

 

While in Taylor cases, i have been a fan since 2008 and still stan hard because she still feeds us with good music and i just grow old with her, if artist continue to release good material then i think their stardom wont fade.
