makeme Posted December 10, 2023 Posted December 10, 2023 I would probably stay in America but move from Florida to California. Or get a better home in Florida I really enjoy the Netherlands and England but couldn’t live there year round. I need sunshine
Neyde Posted December 10, 2023 Posted December 10, 2023 i'd love to move to berlin, germany or london, england. it has been my dream to move to london all my life but a few years ago i started being interested in berlin and just at the end of november i stayed there for 5 days to see madonna and i fell in love with it. i want to go back asap.
Nightingale Posted December 10, 2023 Posted December 10, 2023 Nowhere is perfect and a lot of people’s views of countries are idealized versions. I live in California. I know the US is not perfect but California is better than a lot of parts of the US. I’ve lived in different parts of the world and traveled all over and California is still my favorite
Maroonx Posted December 10, 2023 Posted December 10, 2023 Is there a country with no people living/residing there? if so, there x 1

Such a country doesn’t exist. So there is no dream country. this but also i really want to go to Japan and Denmark

Khal Posted December 10, 2023 Posted December 10, 2023 Low/reasonable cost of living, walkable and with a well designed, functioning public transport system.

I don't want to live in the US, but if I had to, I'd probably pick New England or Washington/Oregon. California sounds nice but is it not expensive af?

London is overrated as hell. It's way too expensive nowadays, obviously there's lot to do because it's a big city but the rents are insane. If you want to live in the UK pick Brighton or Manchester, or even one of the smaller cities. But with the way our economy is going you're probably much better off with Berlin to be honest.
YellowRibbon Posted December 11, 2023 Posted December 11, 2023 I'd stay in Chile tbh... This f*cking country and my f*cking compatriots get on my nerves on daily basis but the whole experience is quite charming

I’m lucky enough to have a decent paying job but I wouldn’t say it’s so overpriced if you have a roommate, partner, family, etc. I’m also Latino and have always felt uncomfortable when I was living in New England since some states lack diversity. And I don’t love cold weather so I love the warm weather in California. I live around the greater LA area so it’s a lot of city without being so overwhelming. If it’s your thing to live in Washington/Oregon where the cities are much smaller then that’s great since you’d save a lot of money. But I personally love the city since it was always difficult dating as a gay man in those places or finding new exciting things to do. For example, living near LA guarantees my favorites artists always have concerts here 1

BtDecember Posted December 11, 2023 Posted December 11, 2023 Canada is perfect for me but if I wanna move I wanna go to the Netherland, New Zealand, Switzerland, or Liechtenstein
Happylittlepunk Posted December 12, 2023 Posted December 12, 2023 (edited) I live in the US so I am extremely happy were I live and I’ve had a lot opportunity and strong support system from friends and family. I can’t see myself live anywhere else. Bases on appearance I do think Sweden is beautiful country and curious how living there would be. Another option would be Italy for me. Feanor Posted December 12, 2023 Posted December 12, 2023 I feel like if you'd take the best parts of Japan, you'd have a perfect country.
