Katamari Posted November 29, 2023 Posted November 29, 2023 Better than Katy she was never beating 1D tho but it’s still good
Geraldine Posted November 29, 2023 Posted November 29, 2023 great numbers considering christina would have done like 500k 1
TeemoR Posted November 29, 2023 Posted November 29, 2023 These numbers are horrible. Almost the same as Part Of Me and that was in 2012 so I am sure tickets were cheaper then. 3 1 1

LosingHimWasBlue Posted November 29, 2023 Posted November 29, 2023 (edited) Yo, you can't wear a Taylor wig and then be Taylor. Beyhive told me, her Tour was bigger, but they lied again Edited November 29, 2023 by LosingHimWasBlue 4 1

Elusive Chanteuse Posted November 29, 2023 Posted November 29, 2023 Considering the price of the tickets this seems kinda low.
DeadInside Posted November 29, 2023 Posted November 29, 2023 It's unfair to compare Beyoncé to someone much younger than her. Unfortunately I don't know anyone as old as her so idk who to compare her to.
HappierJealousy Posted November 29, 2023 Posted November 29, 2023 (edited) It’s a decent number but not that impressive considering its budget could only be higher than the Eras (20m) This film probably needs around $70-80m box office (3xbudget) globally to recover the costs, so it won’t be a high profit project for Mrs.Carter I mean if it “only” opens with $30m globally, it probably just gross enough money to recover the costs in long term Edited November 29, 2023 by HappierJealousy
Rotunda Posted November 29, 2023 Posted November 29, 2023 Tbh I’m surprised she’s doing that much. I get the appeal of taking a child to a concert movie so they can sing along and whatnot, but as an adult who saw the tour - going to the theater to get my jush just feels like not worth the hassle. I probably would have bought a ticket to see the visuals, but even that feels more like an at-home experience idk.
flashfox Posted November 29, 2023 Posted November 29, 2023 Impressive numbers for the queen Only Taylor's a** lickers think these numbers are bad

There's no distribution costs cuz the distributor is the one releasing it and her team is doing the marketing so most likely she just needs 40 million or less to start making profit. Anyway, these numbers are pretty good for a more adult oriented concert experience. You're not gonna have kids nagging their parents to go watch a concert film to sing about her ass being bigger. It'll be more impressive if the holiday effect will get the film passed 70 million total. I'm hoping for 100 million plus total but thats delusion.
ATRL Moderator Ampersand13 Posted November 29, 2023 ATRL Moderator Posted November 29, 2023 Impressive numbers for an excellent artist and monumental performer It could serve longevity, who knows, but either way these numbers are nothing to scoff at. Women running music and film this year we love to see it
chris1991 Posted November 29, 2023 Posted November 29, 2023 Well done Bey! Really good for a concert film!
Wonderland Posted November 29, 2023 Posted November 29, 2023 Did she price the tickets like Taylor's or is this with tickets being like 1/3 the price? Impressive if it's the latter.
JorgeM Posted November 29, 2023 Posted November 29, 2023 Yvette paying all those outlets during summer to put Beyoncé at other artist level just to expose themselves like that
