Taylor is not a killer, she didn’t provoke the deaths, the weather caused the harm not her

Travis Scott is an actual killer of his own fans

that's definitely a reach.

given th size of production, much more should have happened from her team.

can you explain? from my short search, I couldn't find any reason for that

He was provoking the crowd over and over and is something that he always does at his shows

He has built over the years that toxic environment

Also fans were screaming for help to save lives and he didn’t care and kept the concert going

Isn't this site known for racism? This isn't exclusively for Eras Tour, there's your answer.

The situation is not even comparable

Taylor has never encouraged her fans to harm one another and has never cultivated that insane behavior

Travis was directly responsible of what he did to his fans

Taylor can’t control weather.

Yes, but it's not shocking. I try to have some empathy for them, beyond their ignorance and their preconceived ideas about the world.

Some people just live in their own bubble and they display their ignorance through those comments. Rather than getting angry or rude to them, it's important to educate them so that they can become a little less ignorant (or at least try to).

I read the entire topic about her cancelling the show last minute, and there was like maybe 1-2 posts that could be interpreted as xenophobic... This is the same narrative BTS fans use when people say they dislike Kpop/BTS... So because one dislikes kpop, they are racists against asians, and xenophobic against Korea... It's the most ridiculous thing.

I would love to see what posts you guys consider racist/xenophobic. Plz quote it and tag me in it or post it here.

honey white americans as a group are one of the most entitled and racist ***** out there :bibliahh: as if dating someone who could pass for their sibling wasnt enough of a mental illness they also defend every american popstar unrightfully when its being called out for their bad moves. my friend is a much bigger T.S fan than me and shocker shes selling her vip tickets bc she cant attend tomorrow and has to fly back east to her homestate. its sick when their true colors show up, white americans dont like south america and never will. white americans have an ingrained colonizer mindset and only sympathise with europe as a foreigner fan group

their lowly selves will never be as charismatic as brazilians are nor respectful and well mannered as europeans are

well yeah, but having had experiences with americans and europeans, and my boyfriend being from europe i agree that he is much more willing to learn about other's cultures and sympathise with those who have it less than him. ive once had an american literally call me less fortunate because my parents are now struggling with paying for things to me, besides paying for bills n etc, but yeah, on a certain note thats true and it extends to the whole global north

its because its a fact, you are not better than anything and you are not smart for pointing that out

You clearly live in your own little bubble with a lot of ignorance. Your first post in this topic is full of dangerous rhetoric and personal opinions. If anything, your posts in this topic are xenophobic, and I'm saying this as Brazilian and of a minority race. It's time you educate yourself dear. Your anger towards white Americans stem from something personal, not from facts (as stated in the second quoted post).

All your posts clearly show an angry tone.

And this ladies and gentleman is why you don't put everyone from one nation in a box. I live in the US and I have met some downright racists, and also have met some wonderful people who's got my back and defended me against racists. I have lived in Europe and have also met both racists and non racists. I hold no grudge nor anger for the whole country for the experiences I have faced.

Comments which imply that everyone from a nation are racists, is a dangerous narrative. We can look at history and see what some rulers/dictator said about particular nations/groups of people to generate hate.

I rest my case x

you live in the US so why are you up in our business and using the brasilian card for your own benefit? what happened yesterday is something that hurt the Brasilian people that were under the dangerously hot sun, as you have been living in the global north for long years why are you so eager to assimilate within the people that got emotionally hurt yesterday and claim yourself as one when you clearly isnt? what im trying to say is that your comments giving a “its not a big deal” tone arent valid to what we went through yesterday, you speak from privilege from living in the us and having lived in europe

do not lecture me. my opinions won’t change.

Not ATRL, I think you mean ATRL Swifties to be specific. No other fanbase has been as hateful and why should they?

Talking about I hope she never goes back. No bxtch, She needs to do that leg again for all the girls that suffered and the girl that died.

ATRL doesn't even try to hide it tho... there's a lot of folks around here who have v backwards antiquated uneducated views

And how exactly is this average American stereotype any different from the average overweight white Bolsonaro supporter? Remind me again how many millions of Brazilians voted for that nazi-fascist piece of sh*t?

Not at all. Brazilian fans can talk a lot of ****, based on this thread alone, but the moment Taylor doesn’t mention some girls name it’s xenophobia? Please.

@byzantium @Taylena This is what I'm saying, that member is literally calling all white American (not even ATRL members... he went completely off topic here) xenophobic when he himself is not seeing that his own posts are xenophobic and dangerous.

I tried to reason with him, but honestly it's like talking to an uneducated child. so I gave up x

And let’s not forget that Bolsonaro actually won the popular vote and majority.
