They truly are living in a new Obscurantism era... but it's the fact that ALL of their brands are in the same state, from Star Wars, to Pixar, the shows at Disney+, Marvel (which was unimaginable in the past), 20th Century Studios unit, and of course, Disney itself.

The whole Jonathan Majors/Kang situation couldn't have come at a worse time . Now they can't really build the story around his character. They need to make a decision on replacing him before even the court case is done , otherwise they're in for even worse loses to come .

Sorry but people don't care about Major's legal issues in the real world.

The movies and shows have been awful for a while, that's the reason people aren't showing up anymore.

They kept beating a dead horse.

Rather than wrap up the MCU after the natural stopping point at Endgame they kept releasing new product but the stakes weren't the same. It came across as de$perate instead of 'the story continues'. Same issue with Star Wars and same problem with umpteen Pixar movies that have the summary of "What if ______________ could talk".

Its almost like people were trained to wait the short time movies go to D+ so those people don't buy movie tickets... :deadbanana4:
