MJ knew how to put on a show and had the whole package.

Taylor has the song writing and some awkward poses.

Her songwriting not great at all

He said that Swifties claim she's the next MJ but he doesn't think that, he thinks she's the next Madonna

Great for Taylor, but this seems mostly like PR to distract from the climate crisis they're facing :coffee2:

He’s saying he thinks she’s the next Madonna, nowhere he said she’s next MJ! You guys really pushing this narrative. Let her have her own success and create her own league.

Can they use someone else to illustrate her power instead of a pdf file

I mean the amount of money she’s about to bring to his country. If I were him I’d hype her up to.

The thing about Michael was that he never tried to be the next anybody else and his fans never wanted him to be that either.

it’s a bit comical how important it is for the Swifties that Taylor becomes the next Michael instead of being the greatest Taylor, first of ha name.

What do you expect the mayor or Rio to do about emissions largely from China and the developed world?

It's not like they're doing any better with their massive deforestation

I know it does, that's my country. I still fail to understand how they're supposed to control the weather. The heat wave is caused by the El Niño

Taylor is literally like some sort of "Angelic Madonna" She has her ambitiousness and those skills to manipulate the media and knows how elevate herself and get better career wise :giraffe: Taylor is just like a safer more Family friendly version of her.  Madonna is like the color Blue and Taylor is Aquamarine

The Female Michael Jackson is Beyonce cause her Vocals and Performing skills are the best in the industry and her Visuals projects are also insane :gayriahcat2:

The exact translation is:

"I just wanna tell the...How do you call the Taylor Swift fans? The Swifters [his words] that tonight the Christ the Redeemer will pay homage to her presence... According to him she's the Michael Jackson of nowadays, to me it would be Madonna, the older people [here] have other views, but Taylor Swift presence in our carioca [meaning something from the city of Rio] lands will be paid homage. Welcome Taylor Swift, I hope all the Swifters [his words] are happy! Thank you."

So he says someone in the room says she's this gen's MJ, but he thinks she's Madonna, and other people might have other artists they'd associate her as the new X of this generation.

Taylor can just be Taylor on her own.

She's not the "next" or "this generation's" anything.

I'm so tired of this trope.
