This kind of "compliment" "she looks like from [insert past date]" is not really a compliment.

 

When u say people look good because they look young you are saying looking older is a bad thing. 

 

Simple say you think she looks good.

 

This woman spent the past 10 years trying to be thin, when she was thin in 1999 she spent her time trying to have "more body". Now she is great again because "she is thin" probably by taking the new medicine.

 

And everybody who acted like she looked fine while fat are the same going crazy because now is thin "from 1999".
