That won't be the competition.

And it will definitely beat it. How many total weeks do you think "Shape of You" can get in the top 10? I'm leaning towards 28-30 weeks, at this point. actually...CLoser holds the record for most weeks in the top 10 with 32 weeks at this rate...it might very well beat that record

Streaming and sales can only go down at this point. It peaked in overall points either this week or it will peak next week. Whatever blows up by then. None of the hits that are big now, will be that big then.

It was left in 2012 but it's not like Gangnam Style is celebrated either. I would be upset if GS was a classic etc...The whole situation is weird.

Did Cheap Thrills by Sia (featuring Sean Paul or Nicky Jam) really don't top the sales chart component? I'm really surprised by this fact, though... It's still a good song naturally, but wow... I didn't know that earlier, though... I think the week it passed Can't Stop the Feeling for #1, Rise debuted at #1 on the Sales component. After that, as you know, Closer made history and it wouldn't have another shot at #1. Edited June 13, 2017 by bjnono001

GS still gets a lot of youtube play and it sneaks into iTunes top 1500 from time to time
