The way theyre making this rule with knowledge of the actual numbers, meaning there is a significant enough amount of artists with that level of fraud. 

I knew it was bad but I didn’t think it was that bad.

Can't this be use agaimst someone? Like for example; a dedicated fanbase will try to sabotage an artist by buying fake streams in order to bankrupt a label that the artist they want to sabotage is signed to.

It’s not so crazy to know a nobody who’s doing few hundred streams daily is passing them as thousands. Like I get why am up and coming artist would feel the need to, but I feel the percentage should be much lower for well established artists faking millions of streams.
