Yeah, I think Britney got the dates mixed up. The picture is of when Taylor went to the Britney camp, not Oops tour. But it was a long time ago.

 

Not sure who that Dan guy is, Britney's manager for most of her career was Larry Rudolph, perhaps Dan was his assistant?

Dan was Larry's assistant, idk if Dan actually managed Britney but I did find some dead links to articles suggesting as such

This was very humble of her. She’s very… kind to be doing this considering Taylor didn’t utter a word about FreeBritney despite claiming to be a stan for years and claiming to be all about women’s rights.

That makes sense with her post then: "my good friend at the time was the assistant to my manager and was trying to become a manager himself". Dan was Larry's assistant and Britney's friend (likely at the start of signing to become Taylor's manager), and he got Taylor to meet and perform for Britney at the Britney camp.
