I can’t believe a 14 track album is under 40 minutes. What happened to music? I’m so old. 
 

I wish some of these songs were longer.

That said, it's a step up from her debut and on first listen I kinda liked 'think later', 'guilty conscience', and 'hurt my feelings'. The rest is painfully mid to weak. Hopefully she continues to show more growth with the next project.

Songs I like:

- greedy (one of my favourite songs of the year)

- run for the hills (I love the “should run for the hills” part especially at the end)

- hurt my feelings (this is giving me early 2010’s vibes, so so catchy)

- exes (a bop)

- we’re not alike (this is SO GOOD. I LOVE THE “and you wonder whyyyy” melody)

- calgary (I don’t usually like slower songs but this is very beautiful melodically)

- guilty conscience (again very much early 2010’s vibes to me)

 

cut my hair is also growing on me. I’m surprised I like so many songs, the bops are doing it for me

Some of these songs understand the assignment, and are giving MPG 

 

 

At times though, the production (especially vocal mixing) is giving "copyright free intro music" on YouTube    Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, because those songs are means to be middle-of-the-road, and "generic."

 

Overall, I like several songs, and I'd like to hear a higher budget second album. She seems promising

I really liked this, I didn't care much for 2-3 songs but I liked the rest. I'm still trying to see which ones are my fave tracks.
