Not publicly no, but you’re throwing that out there as if it suddenly makes all the other nonsense you’ve spouted true. When Jamie goes to trial the basis will be that the money was taken illegally. Mainly because she was held in an inappropriate conservatorship. If this is upheld and maintained then it will become recognised in the eye of the law that conservatorship was illegal and will more than likely lead to criminal proceedings. As this has never really happened before there is no blue print nor example for you to compare against to say what’s right or wrong. All we do know is Rosengart making public statements regarding his thoughts, opinions and potential plans is just giving away his hand, which isn’t in Britney’s best interests at all.

He better do something because so far he is all talk and no action.

He’s just had him committed for trial? Are you dumb or do you genuinely not realise how you’re coming across? Touch the grass and stop smoking it.

Her father should not be the only one he's going after.

Her father was the conservator, on paper. When we see how the conservator mismanaged funds, and who benefited inappropriately then They can go after those beneficiaries. Until then you cannot charge someone for payments they received from an authorised conservator, until we know there was mismanagement. Which is precisely the point of the upcoming trial, it’s the tip of an iceberg. Now can you have some respect for process, for Britney and her personal decisions pertaining to her representation. What you think should be happening and what is actually happening are very separate things.  What is happening leads to what you would like to happen. Rosengart forcing the transfer of Penny’s documents is a big deal, he has a matter of weeks to go through them and finalise a case, just as he did with the conservatorship. Because of his actions, the others you mentioned will eventually be forced to sit for deposition, the likelihood is this will now happen sooner rather than later due to this trial. As far as I’m aware he’s still advocating for Britney free of charge. The last thing anyone needs is for this to be postponed or disrupted because he decides not to do that anymore, people like you and their uneducated statements aren’t very kind to him and he doesn’t need the hate, if he decides he’s had enough where does that leave anyone.
