I mean did you just see how they're starting to deflect? These are literal facts that 1989TV is #1 in less places than Lady Gaga's Chromatica album and they want to make it about who stans what instead of providing an actual counter-argument to what tf is happening to her supposed peak if she's not even able to out chart what many consider Gaga's flop album WW. And on top of that, Taylor has ZERO #1 singles in most countries outside of the US and here they are claiming she's the new MJ

Oh you're really trying it, aren't you :deadbanana2:

Yes, why am I being groaned for what I said, if an artist is charting in far more terrortorries than another that this artist clearly is much bigger globally.

Adele's 21: #1 in 29 countries

Lady Gaga's Chromatica: #1 in 19 countries

Taylor Swift's 1989TV: #1 in 14 countries

Yet SHE'S BIGGER THAN THE BEATLES111!!! :toofunny3:

Why are you comparing chart positions not sales or streams? :dies:

Chromatica is barely doing 500k daily streams today and only has 1B more streams than 1989TV that literally got released 1 week ago. :rip:

Btw, Midnights went #1 in more than 30 countries even though most Asian countries don't even have official charts...

Not to mention that a good half dozen charts where Chromatica went #1 (and several charts where it didn't go #1) haven't updated to include 1989TV yet :gaycat6:

I wonder if she did +4m across her catalog.

Has any week (other than 25) been bigger for an artist?

Almost certainly :ryan3:

She did an additional 280k in the US alone from her other albums (based on HDD), so there are only 220k global units left for her to make up, and she probably did an additional 40k units in the UK alone last week too :gaycat4:

The fact in a week it did on par with what a successful pop girl would do in a year. :deadbanana4:

Since when we trust the Labels inflated numbers ? :rip:

Do we have a sales breakdown cause i really dont think she sold 2M outside of America :skull:

And this time it seems she doesn't even have the "China sales" ?

14 countries are the ones who have reported their weekly chart so far. And from then 1989 tv is already #1 in countries like Germany, Sweden, Norway, Belgium where Chromatica never achieved it.

By the way, has chromatic even pass the 3.5 M units ww? You should know your place and compete with the artist of Gaga’s level, the ones struggling for a platinum certification.

So we shouldn't trust the IFPI, label numbers and also Spotify streams are meaningless...

It’s 2+M outside of the USA.
Not sure what this “China sales” written like that means. Moreover, what you or I think is irrelevant in regards to factual data. :celestial6:

If Gaga went #1 in more countries then that means Chromatica has sold more right? Oh wait no, Taylor has outsold Chromatica the first week alone :ahh:

Stop setting up your fave please. Taylor is way more successful than her and your endless copium won't change that :ahh:

Right? The obsession is truly something :toofunny3:

Just another Gaga stan stuck living in 2008-2011 and who still hasn't accepted that she isn't the biggest pop star in the world anymore :toofunny3:

Oh we know why. He's always cherry-picking some specific stats to make it seem as if Gaga is bigger than Taylor but reality tells a very different story.

I also don't understand why he hasn't been banned from Taylor threads yet, all he does is trolling and be antagonistic for the sake of it. Purely deranged :toofunny3:

But I never said that Miss Axelios....

But labels always inflate sales and it's a known fact since like forever :rip:

Could you please tell me from where the 2M outside the US came from?

It’s basically a 50/50 ratio so why would it be inflated when it’s on par with her usual performances?

It may not be available in China but the streams must be huge there, especially since you can’t stream it for free.

The ratio seems normal for Taylor usual standards especially that 1989 TV overperformed outside the US in terms of streaming ratio compared to Midnights.
