Also it's unhealthy to not do it for 30 days. Blue balls is bad. You are feeling pain because you ARE causing harm on yourself.

The dumbest thing I've read in a while lol.

Just a reminder ladies,

Quote

High ejaculation frequency was linked to a decreased risk. Compared to men who reported 4–7 ejaculations per month across their lifetimes, men who ejaculated 21 or more times a month enjoyed a 31% lower risk of prostate cancer. 1

I already nat :sorry:

Spoiler

The "rules" seem so backward, wasn't it initially for people to deal with their porn addiction? How is watching porn okay but having sex in real life not? It used to be the other way around and the "no nut" just meant avoiding masturbation :deadbanana: This feels like it's been hijacked by incels

Clearly it does not work if people only oblige to it for the month of November and relapse the rest of the year. Like, what's the point if it's not gonna be long-term?

Very much this, are you even still an “in”cel if you self impose rules that you can watch porn but not have sex? It’s giving cult

i wish people used it as an occasion to at least think about their porn consumption habits though, but seems like that’s a losing fight

Girl who told you this...if you don't ejaculate the sperm is just absorbed back into your body, it's not unhealthy to not cum. If anything you'll probably start having wet dreams.

Yeah it's like "nofap" which allegedly gives you all these magic powers and more attractive to women :rip:

If you're addicted to porn then I think the best thing to do is talk to a therapist or a professional honestly.
