Its very catchy, the chorus melody will be stuck in your head after few listens, however I dont think it has longevity cause of the repetitiveness.

Praying the teaser is an entirely different visual that will make us gag again. Not that the released visuals aren't good, the clean/model aesthetics are so good but I want to be surprised once again.

Well ... it seems repetitive in a way the verses are short - 15seconds each - and those are only part of song which doesn't repeat itself

 

I think structure would be better if after intro there was 1st verse instead of starting song with chorus, and then chorus could have been repeated twice at the end with added instruments and drum riser into the outro

 

But I wont complain because we could have get something like "Padam" where there was no bridge LOL

with DSN I was hoping the video will be something simple, timeless, sexy fashion with dance sequence like the promo

 

 

with HOUDINI I want exactly the opposite, I want big visuals lol

Okay not to be nitpicky but this NEEDED a massive chorus after that outro. It would have made this a 10/10...

Yeah but no one builds a Pop climax like Max Martin and when you expect Houdini to explode, it just... doesn't. But it's a cute sing. Only slightly underwhelmed cause New Rules/DSN were so immediate for me.

Funny, DSN wasnt as immediate for me. Houdini has an addictiveness to it that DSN didnt have for me
