Were songs like DTN/Levitating this high on radio while still flopping overall on streaming? If so, I can see this maybe coming back but I dont think that was the case

Levitating had negative call-outs and was almost/pulled out of Radio but just after Grammy's performance, it went viral and started gaining on Radio. DSN was always a hit, even in December it was on top 10 global, the radio grew steadily……

For DTN at least yes, the song was totally being radio-carried before the movie came out, almost as much as Eyes Closed.

It's #1 song on european airplay according to radiomonitor but streaming numbers are awful. I guess we'll hear new single in January.

Do you think Training season will do well on streams without a performance if she is still campaigning for Dance The Night until February? I don’t want her to waste an opportunity for another single.

If a performance can bring Levitating to new highs then maybe it can do the same for Houdini

It's nearly 2024, you don't have to do TV performances to have a hit. Not sure if Warner knows how to do that

Pretty sure airplay is not a big factor for streaming numbers in Europe.

At the end of the day Houdini is still personally one of her best songs, right up there with Physical for me. It's so addicting and I hope it comes back in January

Yes is not a smash out of the bag , but longevity is more important as she said . I prefer 30 weeks inside top20 than 5 weeks in top 10 and the to dissappear

On another note this has been #1 on UK radio since it got released and this week is at #31 on Official Charts and if i cheched correct only 4 Non Xmas songs are above it 

 

So after Xmas it Could return to top5

Well Athens sucks cuz I was at the gay club in San Francisco last weekend and people were JAMMING and dancing all over the place.
