CottageHore Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 I am so confused by the lukewarm reactions. This is hitting harder for me on first listen than any of her other singles and it’s totally gonna grow on me even more because it has a more organic and high brow sound than anything she’s done before 1
unclefloprry Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 The video is a grower, watching the clips on social media slaps me harder and make me rewatch the video over and over again. It feels like she made lead single the "Physical" of this era, which is A M A Z I N G 1
mystery Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 (edited) I do not want to hear MV slander. It is amazing. The cinematography is stunning. Edited November 10, 2023 by mystery 7

She’s gonna top FN and deliver true artistic perfection
rihannasbe$tfrnd Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 The song slays and the music video does too. IDK why f*words always want a “storyline”. She is not Katy Perry, she is not going to have a tacky story line, did yal expect her to jump into a box and disappear?! 1 1
kandicha Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 i love the choreo in the music video! if i could change one thing i would put it in a house of mirrors at a carnival to make it really give houdini
Goaty Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 Oh god it gets better with each play I’ll be overplaying the **** out of this

I would like at least one video with some story. It does help people to connect with her and indirectly call off the "no personality" allegations. That's mostly why I want her team to see it. I love aestethics, but sometimes its good to put in something more
unclefloprry Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 oh btw I see why some monsters said the production reminds them of Artpop Yep, the song has a little electronic beat similar to Donatella, Swain, MJH. 1
kurtbby Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 Dua and Slayyyter the last remaining girls who care about their craft and are doing pop music RIGHT... 2
Digitalism Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 The only thing that worries me is that it sound a lot like Take my breath and Sacrifice and those were big flops I like this a lot more but it's worrisome
jamiko1230 Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 (edited) As usual with her I'm almost 100% there now w/ this. Atp, still wishing there that scratchy guitar or whatever at the end wasn't there. Don't get what it added. Really don't like that as the outro lol. Better/smoother if it faded out the way it basically started (with that Thrillers-esque beat). Edited November 10, 2023 by jamiko1230

West Coast Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 The video FLOORED ME I wasn’t expecting her to chew/clear//obliterate THAT hard 1

Save Your Tears was still big when he released TMB, then he appeared in collaborations almost every 2 weeks that left him overexposed and finally... he didn't promote the actual singles. This is not the case for DL3 Edited November 10, 2023 by unclefloprry 1
PMM Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 am i the only one who hear no doubt it's my life in this?

Augmented Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 When she sinks into the huge club crowd and everyone suddenly vanishes leaving her on her own on the floor
perpetual novice Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 I actually love the video, it’s the first time she’s ever looked comfortable in front of the camera
unclefloprry Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 btw, do we think these 6hrs will hurt Spotify's performance? the song is doing good in youtube
enchanted0 Posted November 10, 2023 Posted November 10, 2023 Everything is very “tight” in sound wise, very well produced for that part but the song itself is ok
