I would say so considering her streaming numbers and following, but I am not sure why someone would pay to see her.

EASILY!  I can see her breaking ticketek if she ever made a comeback tour.

Quite easily tbh. It makes no sense to compare it to the AWT either

Now the question is, does Rihanna WANT to go on a stadium tour :rip:

Fans fighting over my fave is more rich can never stop being funny to me. Both women are super successful. But fighting over my billionaire is richer than urs is most pathetic thing I have ever seen

I think she could have a big tour, people miss her, there is hype. Only thing I see getting in the way are things like her punctuality. She is regularly extremely late which would personally put me off buying tickets to see her, but I have no idea how well-known that information is to the GP.

If bad bunny can perform stadiums she can too

Mmhhh.... Bad Bunny was grossing about 10M by date, if you think Rihanna could do that then you're deeply delusional :rip:

Oh. Well…

The only Pop acts I know that were selling out genuine stadiums 3/4 years into their careers is Madonna (1987) and The Beatles (1966).

She was only 25 and became the youngest artist to sell out some of the biggest and most prestigious stadiums in Europe, is that not an achievement to you ?

It’s not about her age. It’s just factually incorrect to state that Rih was selling out stadiums very early into her career. She debuted at 17 and had several albums under her belt by 25. Of course it’s an impressive feat to sell out those shows but it wasn’t early in her career, let alone “very” as a qualifier.

She was filling stadiums more than 10 years ago already.

Her status has totally upped since then.

And the feeling it might be her last will make it even more of an event

You’re delusional for denying her longevity and demand.

She could try the little baseball stadiums in a few American/European cities like Gaga did. Booking more than 20 dates would be to risky whereas keeping it to less than 20 will up the demand.

Now what the hell does this even mean :deadbanana4:

You didn’t catch the shade?

Taylor knows putting out makeup for her demographic wouldn't make a difference to theirfaces so it's understandable why she wouldn't bother with that...

They’re basically saying Taylor’s girl fan base would still look basic/ugly even with make up so there’s no need for Taylor to release a beauty brand lol

no lol

gotta love the Hive who has been getting dragged through the mud by the Swifties all year still taking the time to shade Rihanna in here :rip:

So you think Rihanna could have an average gross of 10M...... OK :ahh:

It will all depend on how successful is the comeback album

But Rih doesn't need to do stadiums to be a billionaire like the other girls  so she may skip

12 pages just because of a Swifties vs Navy back and forth lol.

It's something that we will found out very soon anyway, touring has grown a lot, she has a lot of hype. She'll do it.

She's also 8 albums in, she's a veteran act that is still super popular. Veteran/legacy acts do better in touring.

Well good for them. Too bad they're nowhere to be found in 2023 and their releases since then BOMBED. Time the ultimate truth teller indeed.

Wonderful. That is not relevant at all to them being bigger than Rihanna in 2016 :rip:

Using your metric I guess their era was also bigger than any post-1989 Taylor era? :deadbanana2:

Bragging about an album released in January 2016 moving more units than albums released in November 2017 and August 2019 by the end of 2019 :rip: ANTI was released closer to 1989 than it was either of those 2 albums. Why aren't you comparing it to that? :sistrens:

I don't get why they're arguing that Anti was ahead by 2019 anyway? That was 4 years ago, and in the years since Reputation and Lover have firmly moved past ANTI by over 4 million units each :deadbanana4:. Last week in the US alone, Lover moved 50k copies, Reputation moved 30k copies, and ANTI moved about 7k copies 13k copies. I get that being a Rihanna stan must give someone a lot of practice at looking back at the past for the glory days and the good times, but just because she stopped releasing albums doesn't mean we can stop the clock to accommodate her inability to release music :suburban:

nnnn yeah I just checked and saw that I got my numbers from October 2022 :gaycat7:

I think my point still stands though, that reputation is doing 2x the numbers each week and Lover is doing almost 4x the numbers each week.
