I think Usher will be far superior. I hope He knows is his All-Or-Nothing moment. The Cherry On Top to his career. Justin is an amazing performer too. I was surprised cause He ****** up his performance so bad. It was so so boring omg......It was very very mid. As a fan i was so underwhelmed The thing i like the less about his superbowl was The clothing. He was wearing the ugliest outfit ever. Nothing iconic about this His country era was a big mess. I Wanted something like this better (more sophisticated) and a show with a better theme-transitions and moments i guess his bad superbowl reviews and the flop after that was karma for the janet jackson thing. Karma always come. Sooner or later. Karma karma karma chameleon Edited September 24, 2023 by AvadaKedavra

Black men are BLACK MEN, they are not one before the other. BLACK MEN are racialized and sexualized in a way specific to them. They are not white men dipped in Black ******* clown. THISS! Also a black woman here.

Cheers Posted September 24, 2023 Posted September 24, 2023 First Bachata song to be played @ the Superbowl. Legendary. 1

Talking about hits from the past and then asking for P!nk is laughable When Madonna did her Super Bowl she hadn’t had a smash hit in awhile either. Same with Prince. Give Usher a chance.

Tired of you jumping up and down this thread with attention-seeking posts. Nurse!!! What does race has to do with anything? Just because someone is not thrilled by this announcement doesn’t mean they’re racist. You all really need to stop accusing of racism to anyone just because they disagree with you. It’s getting tiring. You don’t know me. I’m literally mixed race. Black artists form an integral part of my music taste and Beyoncé would have been my #1 pick to headline this. 1 1

He's on his 30th year in the industry, has 9 #1 hits and is the second biggest artist of the 2000s. He deserves it, and it's nice to see LEGENDS getting their respect while they are still with us. 1

You're using Ushers gender as an excuse to let racism off, which y'all do OFTEN on this site in regard to Black men in music. Ex: the assumption earlier that he's a Rapper because he's a... You've been up and down this thread saying every negative thing about this artist. It's GIVING PRESSED AND BOTHERED. I'm one of the biggest Bey stans on this site and she's already performed 3 times. Ushers past incidents with women ( and it's not even assault like some artists that's some people on this site want performing) shouldn't deny him the chance as one of the biggest hitmakers of the 2000s to perform at the Superbowl. It's ok that you don't like him but if you wanna come with a negative post every page for the last 10 to try to change 1 or 2 white gays minds in here, GOOD F***IN LUCK. Btw just because you're mixed race ( I am as well tho I identify more BLACK) doesn't stop you from being Anti-Black. 1
Aaron Posted September 24, 2023 Posted September 24, 2023 Usher is obviously an icon with more than enough classics to fill a set list; not sure why people are acting like he's a bad choice. The banner about this thread is so weird, some mod really thought they ate with that 1
