What's wrong with them trying to make the artist feel comfortable and open up about their music? You're not there to listen to how Zach or Zane genuinely feels about it, you're most likely there to hear from the artist. As long as they get the info out their job is done.

Nothing against him personally, but I watched his interview with Tinashe and it was kind of awkward. He kept randomly turning the conversation back to himself, and he also said f*ck every 2 minutes. Maybe that was just a bad interview, but it turned me off watching more stuff from him.
