Okay I know we as gay people are traumatized and long for the sort of utopia you are describing, but aside from the logistical issues other people pointed out, do you really thing the rise of neo fascism is an issue only for us? What about you know straight people of color, or you know all WOMEN, so as in 50% of the worlds population? It's kinda narcissistic, since we all are doomed, this would solve nothing

Wouldn't that kinda make it very easy for ~certain~ middle-Eastern and African countries that hate gays to... well, get rid of them in one strike?

Totally not feasible, but I understand the sentiment. I often think about whether or not I’ll have to flee America if the far-right neo-Nazi movement keeps taking off like it is. I mean my God, we have QAnon believers and Nazi sympathizers IN CONGRESS and the second most popular Republican candidate released a campaign video bragging about how tough he’s going to be on LGBTQ+ people… and no one seems to care. It’s horrifying.

The only way to do it is a lot of science and money.

Needed a band of mega billionaire gays to fund a country like that, and if not by colonization, one will need a lot of resources to build a man made island to be made into a country.

 

And science are for cloning purpose, among other things, cos otherwise the country will only last one generation. Vetted immigration and permanent residency for LGBTIA++ person are also a way to keep the country going. It needed to be vetted because there will be some people pretending to be part of the community when they are really hateful straight person. 

So in short, it is rather impossible for now.

Of course it's not realistic right now (maybe later with new technologies) but I do think that we need a better representation on the world stage and more unity in this community. Yes, I'm more than just my sexuality but it's a big part of my and your identity. And people to this very date are hunted because of their sexuality. Too many gay people in the west downplay homophobia and transphobia. What I'm really scared of is AI. I remember reading that AI can identify gay people based on their eyes. I'm not sure if this is true but I wouldn't be surprised if AI does become this intelligent. Imagine what countries controlled by far right parties like Russia are going to do with AI. This community needs to wake up. LGBT rights are human rights.
