It would be fair to have one or two people, who you really trust, to share your location with. With the way the world is today, there might come such a time where you wish someone knew exactly where you were—for one reason, or another. I share to my partner and parents if I’m traveling long distance just so they know I’m safe and when I’ll arrive, and that’s 100% of the extent this feature gets in my social circles.
