One thing about kim, she keeps her fans ******* fed. her fanbase continues to grow (not dwindle over time) because she focuses on the most important thing, quality music. she's never needed to rely on gimmicks or a sympathy storyline because of this and I respect that so much, and she keeps her fans happy which prevents bitterness and paranoia. The title was iffy at first but grew on me finally, it is a power move albeit a bit cringy!

 

The album is insanely good and superior to FTB by far, I've never heard these songs before so i'm just shocked by the quality

this is far better than feed the beast , 

its sounds cohesive and complete, 

there are a lot of songs from ftb that needed to be in this album for a reason,

I am really glad she finally was able to officially release it and we got two studio albums in less than half a year...

Y’all are right about us being fed cause she’s always releasing something and I hope she keeps going this way. She said on Zane Lowe that she’s always cooking something and how she was already thinking on starting to write her next album

 

Lots of people think about charts but honestly leave that to the label. As long she’s constantly releasing i’m happy

 

FTB symphonic sessions on streaming, City Girls feature, David Guetta song and the tour are on the way next for us to follow. And probably there’s more we don’t know yet.
 

I hope she receives a green light to drop Candy next year along with TOTL 3 EP, so she can take her own time to work on her next non-thematic album for a 2025 release.

I definitely prefer the production on this album over FTB. I feel a lot of the tracks on ftb, specifically songs that weren’t meant for this album are noisy and grating. 
 

Also Sex Talk is so era 1 coded and definitely fits this album perfectly.

Tbh this should be the norm, we just gotten so accustomed to mediocrity and being strung along by nostalgia these years

 

you can genuinely tell she enjoys serving good music and making fans happy instead of trolling with empty promises, shes spoiling us in a way i never experienced with the constant good music, with NO fillers (thats a Nicki level double entendre 💅)

The problem with this album is that releasing it now just sounds incredibly dated and rehashed. This would've wormed better had it been released in 2020/2021 when this sound was in. I didn't listen to any of the leaks so this is all new to me, I didn't enjoy it at all.

Hot take that is sure to be unpopular: Vaughn Oliver is a bigger influence on production quality when it comes to Kim’s dance/dance oriented tracks than Luke is. Definitely an example of him slapping his name on his protégés’ works
