Honestly we will have to wait and see what casting and trailer looks like. And we ain’t getting that anytime soon. 
 

but Deadpool 3 is gonna be massive. And will probably revitalize the X-men.

lol. The reality is when you say X-Men that’s the vision that comes to mind for a lot of fans. And no movie or show has given us that yet.

When are they going to cast the new Rogue to fight Ms Marvel and steal her powers? I imagine we would see Rogue’s appearance before the first X-Men movie right?

They’re gonna make X-Men very corny I fear. The Fox creatives were willing to go a bit darker and more adult, as well as really make the gay/civil rights metaphors shine. I think Disney will basically turn X-Men into the Avengers, and make Wolverine a lot more comedic.

It's X-men they can't flop. They are A-list. It's time for Disney to go all out and give Xmen the Avengers treatment.

It depends on whether they give us the actual A-lister X-men in their prime or forcing the D-listers on us 🙄

 

Also as someone mentioned, success depends on if Rogue has done what needed doing to a certain Marvel lady as well.
