Michelle Yeoh was the one piece of EEAAO that felt worthy of the ecstatic praise it received; she truly anchored the movie for me when everything else felt off the rails. I think Barbie is a more consistent and balanced movie in terms of camp/silliness vs earnestness

I loved Barbie but EEAAO is a masterpiece. (Up there with Parasite, La La Land, etc IMO).

Thinking about it...the Best Picture nominees/winners from the past few years have actually been quite great.
