I’m a server and we don’t refrigerate ours at all American food products have so many stabilizers and preservatives, it’s quite gross to think about. Restaurants go through condiments much quicker than the average household. If y'all don't douse everything you eat in ketchup you probably should keep yours in the fridge, lol.
