Could you post the article? I don't have access to it.

Though I'd say that for once, that's the negative side of the impact of the re-recording process. Sure, she raised and continue to raise a very high level of awareness to the topic of owning your work and what can happen even to the biggest artists who were not careful early on. However, it was inevitable that the labels would try to prevent that from happening ever again considering how successful her entreprise has been.

That playlist seems quite irrelevant though? It has half the followers of NMF. I don't think that means anything.

If I were here I would tweet about **** to secure the #1 this week, then release the IION video on Thursday and put it on TTH  :gaycat1:Make it happen @Taylor Swift

Say Dont Go is one of the best songs in her discography and is better at 1989ing than all of the original 1989 songs

meanwhile Mid It Over Now? Has ZERO radio legs and should not be the single choice

Thank you. This is the true standout track of the vault. The rest are just there.

Also, Forever Winter is an AMAZING song

Give IION stans their #1 for 1 week, then Slam 'Say, Don't Go' down on radio, on the masses!! As it deserves.

Can Apple F****** music combine the versions. Like why is IION casually #7 and also #27?

I love being a person with exquisite taste (both a Slvt! and IION enjoyer), so I am happy either way :gaycat5:

"Slvt!" is the "ME!" of the album confirmed. Everbody seems to hate it but Taylor treats them like her favorite babies lmao!

As a Slvt-SDG-NTWDT-IION enjoyer, I'm truly winning :alexz:

Suburban Legends on the other hand... lol

As always when it comes to singles choice, a mistake. It's doing one of the worst and it won't touch number 1. Dumb!

I mean, to be fair, it’s one chart point away from #1 on the latest predictions.

How often is the very last song on the album the one with getting the most streams.

Well ATW10 :coffee:

But yeah its certainly very rare

Its probably #1 combined. At worst #3

Also think that makes the predictions more difficult

Even with 1989 always being more near the bottom of my Taylor's albums ranking and You Are In Love not necessarily being one of my favorite Taylor songs, I have always thought that:

You understand now why they lost their minds and fought the wars
And why I've spent my whole life trying to put it into words

Is one Taylor's best couplet ever, lyrics so beautiful yet simple and the true manifesto of her career.

One of those lyrics that capture something so well and in such a simple way that make you say "Damn, I wish I wrote that"

It has such a New York romcom vibe :jonny:

Red Vault > Fearless Vault = 1989 Vault > SN Vault.

And that's sincerely Ciara PaloSanto!

She needs to release all vault songs as singles and get 5 more #1s :gaycat2:

Suburban legends needs the most payola but it can do it too

Why aren’t fans buying IION?

:clack:

let's pause the civil war, the 1989 vault is made up of 10/10 songs only

(if you exclude that Subaru song i literally don't remember how it sounds like)

No. Looks like she left off all songs from TTH and many playlists because they first wanted to see which track gets best reception. I'm expecting playlisting to start for one track this week. Definitely not ****, as it's showing signs of decline compared to the other vault tracks.
