She is definetly recording TS 11. Recording is her coping method after a breakup and she usually records her studio albums when on tour. Fearless, Speak Now, Red, 1989 and Lover were all primarily recorded when she was on tour. However, we shouldn't expect to hear TS 11 until after the tour is ended.
