I wouldn't be expecting a lot of queer subtext in this given that Fennell wasn't able to pull it off very well in Killing Eve Season 2

 

However, this is a huge visual step up from PYW and it's a great cast so I'm actually quite a bit more excited about it than I thought I would be

Sofia has one for Lost in Translation, but Gerwig not winning in 2020 specifically guts me every time

This, the movie is more queer-tinged and homoerotic than it is gay really. GLAAD could still nominate it in their awards ceremony and I wouldn't bat an eye, I guess.
