Sadly yes, Westworld S1 was great, S2 was decent but not as stellar, and S3 was interesting and had its good moments but the ending was... S4 didn't even watch yet

stjosephprey4us Posted July 12, 2023 Posted July 12, 2023 Revenge, Glee, American Horror Story, High School Music The Musical The Series, True Blood, Twin Peaks, Pretty Little Liars, basically any Ryan Murphy show (also I have a feeling this will happen to Wednesday Addams )
Gorjesspazze9 Posted July 12, 2023 Posted July 12, 2023 (edited) Korra didn’t take avatar in a more artistic direction and it was Faux deep and not that much mature than Avatar TLA Themes of genocide, Responsibility, Redemption, and Betrayal. 🤣 I like Korra but the narrative that it was “More Mature” is false. Korra was riddled with contradictory writing and lack of character development for the entire cast. Whereas the Aang Gang overcame thier childhood trauma’s in just one summer. Hallad173 Posted July 13, 2023 Posted July 13, 2023 Riverdale. S1 was so good, then it tumbled into the pits of hell. Deeper and deeper with each following season….

Animation wise it did though ATLA had mature themes as well, and I agree they did a better job with character development for all of its characters. Sadly since Korra wasn't as continuous as ATLA, it faltered in that development, but I think the show did a great job focusing on Korra's development at least
Bethenny Frankel Posted July 13, 2023 Posted July 13, 2023 Yellowjackets, Riverdale, The Flight Attendant
45seconds Posted July 16, 2023 Posted July 16, 2023 Lost and Heroes are pretty much Iconic for being one season wonders.

Gorjesspazze9 Posted July 16, 2023 Posted July 16, 2023 Also noticed how most shows best seasons are always Season 1,3, or 5🤔 and worst seasons are usually 2,4, or 6?
Itz_Dani! Posted July 16, 2023 Posted July 16, 2023 Riverdale It was never a perfect show, but at least the first season felt normal. It was a typical CW murder mystery / teen drama with some light bad & cringe acting, but still enjoyable and for what it was it was good. now halfway through season 2 it went completely off the rails.!
Itz_Dani! Posted July 16, 2023 Posted July 16, 2023 Speaking of the CW, Arrow was great & one of the best for me for the first like 3 seasons, only for it to start getting ruined in season 4 and then completely getting disappointing from season 5 onward.

It was doing away with literally everyone else that made the second season insufferable. Season 1 was so good and I still rewatch it sometimes. I wonder what happened there, if people didn’t wanna return etc.
