Dula Peep Posted July 12, 2023 Posted July 12, 2023 Came here to say LOST and all of Ryan Murphys shows
Uncatena Posted July 12, 2023 Posted July 12, 2023 The Walking Dead is the prime example of this. It was on its way to become one of the best TV series of all time but then they decided to **** over the entire crew. The quality drop from S1 to S2 is astonishing. 1
Big Bad Wolf Posted July 12, 2023 Posted July 12, 2023 The Best Years...where the Canadians at? I was so mad

D/X Posted July 12, 2023 Posted July 12, 2023 Westworld is the epitome of this. The stark difference between S1 and the convoluted wannabe-complex mess of S2 is staggering, despite how much some people try to defend it. Not even going to mention S3 which was ridiculous with Aaron Paul's character addition and the new plots. Also kinda How To Get Away with Murder, it didn't went into full nosedive in S2, but they really tried to replicate the excellence that was S1. Cannot say if they picked up on the later seasons, but S3 was atrocious and stopped watching there.
The7thStranger Posted July 12, 2023 Posted July 12, 2023 (edited) Community. After the first two seasons, the whole project went right down the crapper. 13 Reasons Why was bad the whole way through, but at the very least, the first season was competently written. The rest of it was a travesty. It turned into a hate watch VERY quickly. Edited July 12, 2023 by The7thStranger

The first season or season and a half was great, but everything after that felt like an imitation of the once great show. Although I love it, I don’t think Ugly Betty ever fully recovered from the writers strike and the run of episodes in season one was never topped. honestly the backhalf of S1 of Betty was very lackluster to me. the writer's strike didn't help but the problem later on was the revolving door of cast members imo OT: Revenge, Scream Queens, Glee by end of S2 maybe
greento Posted July 12, 2023 Posted July 12, 2023 Glee season 1 was amazing, season 2 was also good, season 3 was fine, the rest were bad 1

Robert Posted July 12, 2023 Posted July 12, 2023 Whilst Riverdale was hardly a masterpiece, I genuinely enjoyed the first season but then it just went bonkers and seems to change genre week by week.

Lexiel Posted July 12, 2023 Posted July 12, 2023 Gossip Girl. I honestly just hate watched the rest of the seasons.

mystery Posted July 12, 2023 Posted July 12, 2023 The definitive answer is Westworld, should have been a miniseries.
chosensparkles Posted July 12, 2023 Posted July 12, 2023 Once Upon a Time Revenge (1 & 3 were amazing) Pretty Little Liars Nashville (first 4 were good then it went downhill) Riverdale
