I don’t dislike his productions but they just lack any depth. They work for someone with less versatility like Conan (no shade) but they fail to rise to the occasion of Olivia.

I feel like my opinion of this is different than most of her fans  My 2 fave songs are Vampire and BIR?. I need to give the album another listen, but the only other ones that stood out at first were logical, get him back!, and love is embarrassing. I hope it gets better on a replay though - Vampire is still a bop.

Hmmm.... the only summer-y Gwen song I can think of is "Underneath It All" by No Doubt.

 

But I think No Doubt's "Simple Kind of Life" is more of that vibe

Making The Bed qnd Logical are beautiful and I love them and all but their placement kinda tanks the tracklist flow  not I have to go through an s-word section just to get to all the bops in the 2nd half

it's hard to remember how they sound except 4-5 tracks
