TLDR it lied and also had another dupe where they faked their death a few days ago

The fact that they claimed to be diagnosed on the same day they booked a doctors appointment should have been the first sign they were lying as those types of tests take several days to be conclusive. The fact somebody would lie about something like that is so ****** up though, I genuinely don't understand some people.
