Gunna now blocking 8 Taylor songs on US Apple Music.

Vampire certainly was never close to #1. Jesus :deadbanana4:

And fell below Last Night again. I'm so tired of that song

Sprinter was already #1 in New Zealand last week, I'm not sure if it's getting bigger or not.

Vampire #1 Australia, New Zealand and Ireland

#2 UK, Top 10 in Netherlands, Germany, Iceland and Norway

I see so vampire just took over it on NZ Daily Spotify Chart for like 4 days coz it went back to #1 three days ago.

This Gunna song must have blown up hard on AM in the last week

I fear next two days will be rough for this :dancehall:

So was it all Autoplay all this time?:rip: Or Taylor’s release impacted it that much?

I don't think it was autoplay, it doesn't have the same pattern as other songs that got it on release. It is usually two weeks starting on the first Thursday.

??? literally no correlation.

Seems like this song won't have any longevity by the looks of it.  :deadbanana4:

Taylor.  They have the same fanbase

Deja Vu took a beating when fearless tv was released and it rebounded (thank you TikTok) we will see if this can do the same

It actually has a correlation. If you didn't know, Autoplay ends on Thursday night so usually a Friday drop CAN mean it's Autoplay.

Plus it was a question.

There is no sign of autoplay. They are easy to spot in the wild

:biblio: hmm... this is definitely the deja vu of the era i guess. the 'Heartless' to the 'Blinding Lights'..

Good thing is that this song will debut #1 so she already has that under her belt. Late July she needs to drop another song and mke sure it's more upbeat than this to secure a summer hit. Vampire definitely is hitting but yeah i agree, it doesnt seem like it will have the same longevity of SOUR singles

Yes I know. I got an answer from @BuzzCharts. I didn't know Olivia's fanbase and Taylor's fanbase are practically the same. On Twitter, it's another story and it's a war between those two lol

Yeah losing 1M streams in one day is definitely not a good sign. But i do think this is because of Speak Now TV.

the trajectory is clearly not positive but the timing is truly hurting this between american holidays and now Taylor Swift (yeah, they obviously share the same audience).

however, comparing this to both drivers license and good 4 u, which were viral phenoms, is kinda dumb. She's now an "established" artist.

I cannot deny that she is basically canceled by Swifties on Twitter but there still remains a bit of an overlap of their fandoms

You honestly couldn’t ask for more from her. First song in 2 years. Straight to #1. Critically acclaimed. Already top 20 at radio. It’ll go top 5 probably. She’s set herself up beautifully.

Twitter is not representative of the real world… stan bases fight each other all the time there and have only one fave, but it’s pretty clear by Olivia’s touring audience that she clearly overlap with Taylor’s fanbase (mostly gen z girls and millennial women, some gen alpha in the mix). IRL people just don’t pick one singer and only listens to her music, their attention is diffused.

Anyways her team knew Taylor would drop and smash and suck blood from Vampire. unless they were delusional and counting on Olivia winning over Taylor this week, they must have a plan for it (radio giving it longevity + a new single right before the album once summertime is over)  :coffee2: if not then baby girl might have a weird rollout after the brilliance her old team showed for SOUR

This. Seriously, enough of the dl and g4u comparisons. Not every song will easily go viral as those two. :dies:

anyway, hopefully this will climb back again to at least 6M daily.. :dancehall:  do we have radio updates?
