All from different eras too From which site are you taking those screenshots with Spotify data? Kworb.net has a Spotify section you can look up artists and daily streams of albums and songs

Marco_g2 Posted June 3, 2023 Posted June 3, 2023 That's a fair question seeing these numbers. I feel like Sam flops three times, has a smash hit, and flops again So Sam's not a reliable hitmaker i'd say.

I agree But still an hitmaker just not mostly consistent, but there’s always a smash or two in each era and Sam has been doing this for 11 years straight. Edited June 3, 2023 by Yog

Rihanna, The Weeknd, Justin, Dua Lipa, Bruno, Madonna, all those artists have a lot of flops or moderate hits between one smash hit and another. Not every release will be a hit. 1

Ms. Togekiss Posted June 4, 2023 Posted June 4, 2023 they were 10 years ago. a fluke with unholy is not changing the flop status given how gloria BOMBED. Spoiler my gay nightclub loves to play that im not here to make friends song and the entire crowd goes silent and nobody vibes is hilarious how nobody likes or even knows that awful song 1
Bey'Knight Posted June 4, 2023 Posted June 4, 2023 I guess its due to lack of consistency. I get why artists do it but this thing of release orphan singles till something sticks and no album in sight diminishes of the value of said hit. By the time the album comes, they feel tacked on, if added or abandoned if left out.
Alldeezy Posted June 4, 2023 Posted June 4, 2023 Their music is not for everyone i can never get into their music period.
