Europes cities are best for beauty/history. East Asia cities is best for safety and excitement. I would say Australia’s cities are best for living.

Here in Hungary many buildings look like something from the World War I. I think they look good IF they have proper windows, the walls are not dirty, the plaster doesn't fall, etc.
