Lover is insane :deadbanana2:

Now that Karma's proven to not do that well despite the remix (the original is still doing great though), just release Cruel Summer and help Lover more. I mean Midnights will keep doing numbers and when she releases Midnight Rain during winter it will have further legs.

Now focus on Cruel Summer, Speak Now TV and the tour.

Taylor's got all of us in the ropes with how she's soooo exposed but it's not really damaging her one bit.

Yes, it's amazing how Taylor serves longevity

The tour videos are still extremely popular on tiktok.

It really made her whole discography jump with her performing 44 or 45 songs every show. With 2 surprise songs that always get an additional boost after their performance

Its way bigger of an effect than anyone had in the streaming era

Ok, great.

This is what happens when you make music that stands the test of time. Lyrics and messaging matters. Of course she has Me! and Bad blood/you need to calm down aren't the strongest lyrically but she has a lot of songs that are strong lyrically and connect and have incredible replay value.

I don't think ATRL will be able to handle 1989 TV.

I think she can get 4 or 5 albums in the top 10 this summer if the timing is right.

Why are you all forgetting that his albums have much moee tracks than any other mainstream singers and that too without any deluxe or anything ( deluxe songs usually don't get much attention from public unless they are viral or anything)

He has over 30+ songs on his standard album

Dangerous 30 songs

One thing at Time 36 songs

Also yes that controversy helped him to get even more support + country radio supports men like anything

That's a big part, too. I remember his label planned to drop him and his songs were given less radio play after the incident but then he apologized and apparently donated (at least the PR put. itout there but not sure if there's proof) to charity organizations and over time he build up his momentum again.

It made sense back then but it's been awhile and every week people are still discussing his success as if it's a new revelation. He has two albums in the top 5 and the #1 song in the country...this goes beyond country album listeners. Lil Durk did a song with him as well. I think people view it much differently than say social media which is why he wasn't canceled.  It seems to truly bother people yet it seems to be discussed more than anything else in this thread.

Good thing is there are going to be many releases this summer Olivia/Travis scott/Taylor TV speak now and others that will hopefully minimize this repeated conversation when there are better things to focus on.

I have to admit, outside of Flowers, KB, Calm Down, and Creepin, this isn't too bad of a Top 10. Too bad DFY couldn't leave before it locked up a spot in the Year End Top 10. Hopefully, Creepin leaves the Top 10 next week.

I tend to think Flowers will pass Kill Bill on the 2023 YE Chart. Flowers airplay should easily make it #1 YE Radio Songs. Flowers is still T10 Digital Songs & T20 Spotify so its consumption still largely justifies its airplay. And Fast Car gets pushed down by Bad Bunny despite FC winning Greatest Gainer Airplay ☹️
