1989 it is at 12 M currently. Scooter doesn’t own her masters and Taylor can certificate it by herself, she just doesn’t care that much. All of her discography including the albums which she owns the masters are undercertified

Even Lover is very undercertified. I don't think she cares that much, I wish certifications in the US were automatic like in other countries
